I have been so excited (more everyday) about my relationship with Jesus! He means the world to me. I have been very convicted in recent days about my faith and how it so needs to increase! If He creates each sunset of each day, surely he can handle my issues! :)
I find myself, struggling under the anxiety and stress of life many times. I have a suspicion I am not alone. The Lord has clearly pointed out to me that I have need for greater faith in Him! My friend posted this on FB recently and it hit me right between the eyes..."The beginning of anxiety is the end of faith, and the beginning of true faith is the end of anxiety."

This is now my motto, at least until the Lord tells me to change it! :) The word says in Hebrews..."And without faith it is impossible to please God, because anyone who comes to him must believe that he exists and that he rewards those who earnestly seek him." Also from Romans..."Consequently, faith comes from hearing the message, and the message is heard through the word about Christ" We must spend time in His word!!
I want to please God! I want to allow the Lord to increase my faith! I know Jesus and I love Him, why then do I struggle to trust Him? I must strive to know Him more, no matter what my age!!
We need to truly see God for who HE is and not what our tiny little minds percieve Him to be. As we grow in this and trust Him even if in the little things of life, I believe our faith will increase. We must stand on His word and know that He is longing for us to be closer to Him
We must get passed our pias attitude, and our holier than thou thinking and realize that Jesus meets us where we are, which by the way, if we are truly honest, is not that far away from where our brother is!
WE ALL need to increase our faith!
